NEPTUNE'S CONCH CHOWDER comes quick frozen in a boilable vacuum packed bag, so you are always just minutes away from serving your customers an unforgettable chowder.

Ingredients

Water, Fillet of Conch, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Carrots, Onions, Bell Pepper, Sherry Wine, Vegetable Starch, Wheat Flour, Salt Garlic and Spices.

Handling and Preparation

Thaw product under refrigeration. Place bag in boiling water for approximately 5 to 6 minutes or until product reaches 160° and serve.

Packaging

For maximum preservation of flavor and quality, as well as convenience in handling, this product is vacuum packed in a boilable cryovac bag and comes 2/1 gallons per master case. Eight-ounce samples of the product are available upon request.
