Cracked Conch Tenders

New from Triton Seafood is Neptune’s Cracked Conch Tenders. Created from the firm white meat of the 100% clean Caribbean Queen Conch (Stombus Gigas), they come already tenderized, sliced and breaded for your convenience. Offering both tenderness and uniformity, our tenders come perfectly flattened with a breading that is both crunchy and amazingly flavorful. The Cracked Conch Tenders are ready to use in your favorite recipes and like all of Neptune’s products, are produced from the best conch available.

Preparation

Drop the frozen cracked conch tenders into a clean fryer for 2 minutes at 375° from frozen. Do not thaw; must maintain solidly frozen.

Ingredients

Conch Fillet (Strombas Gigas), Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Yellow Corn Flour, Soybean Oil, Nonfat Milk, Egg, Dextrose, Yeast, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Whey, Soy Flour, Sodium Alginate, Milk Protein Concentrate, and Spices.
